What Opportunities are Available? Pre-Event and Post-Event benefits are available with exclusive alignment with the category of your choice.

There are a range of opportunities to suit all types and sizes of organisation, from sole sponsorship of a specific category through to a supportive role for the Awards. All contributions will help make the Awards Event a very special evening for the nominees and the attendees.

In essence the proposal is for you to become alead sponsor of the Regulatory Excellence Awards, and in so doing have your brand name and company logo flashed on materials throughout 2012.

Here are the main ways in which your company can demonstrate its support for excellent practice in Regulatory Affairs and recognise the efforts of exceptional Regulatory Affairs professionals in their roles.

CATEGORY SPONSORSHIP:

Exclusive alignment with the category of your choice

Pre-Event benefits include:

• Sponsor profile and logo on theTOPRA Awards website – see http://regulatoryaffairsawards.org/sponsorship/sponsors/3061.html for an example

• Sponsor logo and name to appear in pre-event publicity including Regulatory Rapporteur Awards adverts , InTouch Awards-related editorial and other Awards publicity and press releases throughout 2012.

•  Identification of the Sponsor and category of sponsorship on the main TOPRA website

Awards Ceremony and Dinner:

• Presence at Awards Ceremony/Dinner on 28 November  2012 – up to 5 places [including representative presenting  the Award] – for sponsor/sponsor guests [additional places at the dinner/ceremony may be purchased at significant discount to sponsors]

• One company representative to present your sponsored category award – the media/photo opportunity

• Company Logo on dinner menu - space available to awards sponsors only (up to 7)

• Pop-up posters- one individual Pop-Up for ‘your chosen category’, the other as  part of a wider display which will act as a back-drop to all the winners’ photos

• ‘Table favours’ – small gift for guests at Awards Dinner [provided by sponsor]

Post-Event:

• Mention in press releases following the event

• Presence and photo of Award presentation in the post-event editorial supplement/InTouch feature]

• Continuing presence on www.regulatoryaffairsawards.org as 2012 sponsor

• Subsequent to the TOPRA Regulatory Awards 2012, the Sponsor will have first right of renewal to their category in the 2013 Awards [provided they commit before 31 December 2012].

GENERAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Event:

• Presence at Awards Ceremony/Dinner on 28 November 2012 – up to 2 places for sponsor [additional places at the dinner/ceremony may be purchased at significant discount to Regulatory Awards Champions]

• Identification on pop-up poster[s] as being a Regulatory Awards Champion - this pop-up to be prominently displayed at the Event

Post-Event:

• Acknowledgement in press releases following the event

• Being identified as a Regulatory Awards Champion in the post-event editorial supplement/InTouch feature]

• Continuing presence on www.regulatoryaffairsawards.org as 2012 as a Regulatory Awards Champion
